After filling in the electronic application, it will take few days for your application to be confirmed by the contact person you have stated in the application and the relevant employee of the Welcome Service.

Once your application is confirmed, we will contact you to address the issues listed below. In the meanwhile, you can start to prepare the documents necessary for your arrival.
